This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent second respondent to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.03.2021 and 04.05.2021 in view of the Order passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.362 of 2021 dated 16.07.2021 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that as per the directions of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.802 of 2022 for the offences under sections 452, 324, 385, 379 and 506[ii] of IPC.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crimnal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
