ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN,J) The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner's children viz. 1) V.Bharathi, 2) V.Ajith and 3) V.Mohanapriya, that they belong to Kattunayakan (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, he belongs to Kattunayakan Community (ST) and he applied to the respondent for issuance of Community Certificate to his children on 19.03.2018. Since no order has been passed on the said application, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the said application of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the said application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
