This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
