The petitioner is presently working as Grade I Police Constable. The petitioner having found that her juniors are getting more salary, submitted series of representations to the respondents requesting to revise her salary on par with her juniors.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the second respondent failed to consider the representation. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 02.07.2012 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
