O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to return the original certificates of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner was a student of D.D. Medical College and she was admitted in the year 2011-2012 for M.B.B.S. Course. Several cases have been registered against D.D. Medical College and students of the said college are taking back their certificates for getting admission in other colleges.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police submits that the police are having custody of the following documents:

(1) +2 Mark Sheet

(2) +2 Transfer Certificate

(3) SSLC Mark Sheet

(4) Community Certificate

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police and the respondent police shall take photocopies of the above documents and have the photocopies attested by gazetted officer. The police shall retain the attested photocopies, which can be used for their investigation purpose and trial and the originals to be returned to the petitioner within one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
