CR.NO.3764 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further order imposed on him in Crl.O.P.No.3034 of 2021 in Crime no.3764 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SILAMBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3034 of 2021 on 02.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30A.M., twice in a month i.e., once in 15 days for interrogation, until further orders. -sd/- 06/05/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
