ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a First Information Report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.01.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner earlier given a complaint on the same facts and enquiry was conducted and closed on 07.11.2014. Again, the petitioner sent a complaint to the Commissioner of police which was also enquired into and closed. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police for making enquiry into the complaint dated 12.01.2015.
