ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 3rd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.02.2022 and investigate the same.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents would submit that summons have been issued to the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

they will conduct enquiry and to proceed with the investigation as per law.

3. In such view of the matter, on the summons issued, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police and cooperate with the investigation. If the police finds any cognizable offence is made out, the 3rd respondent is directed to register the F.I.R. and to proceed with the investigation as per law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
