Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2019 within a stipulated period, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to regularise the petitioner's cooking service at petitioner's village of Padanoor Panchayat School.
2. Heard both sides and perused the records. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as noon meal cook in Padanoorpanchayat Preliminary School in the year 2010. The petitioner's husband had donated the land owned by him for establishment of the said school. Since the services of the petitioner has not been regularised till date, the petitioner has made a representation dated 05.03.2019 to the respondents and the same is pending without consideration. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has further submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 05.03.2019 submitted by the Petitioner.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner for regularisation of her service and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
