O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.03.2013 in CSR.No.60 of 2013.

2. It is seen that, the petitioner lodged a complaint against one Boopathi Raju, Jayaraman and Aruna. It is alleged in the complaint that they had obtained Rs.7,00,000/- from this petitioner on a promise that they would construct a house for her at Salem. On coming to know that she had been cheated, she lodged a complaint on 10.03.2013 before the respondent police for which, a CSR was issued in CSR.No.60 of 2013. Since the respondent police had not taken any action on the complaint, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

since the petitioner not co-operated for enquriy, the complaint was already closed by the respondent on 17.08.2014.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is prepared to co-operate with the respondent police and she may be permitted to lodge a fresh complaint.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint along with a copy of this order, within a one week after the receipt of a copy of this order and on such complaint being given, the respondent police is directed to enquire into the complaint and proceed further in accordance with law.
