This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29386 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29386 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed. 4.
