CR.NO.366/2014 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12035 dated 21.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2292 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.75/2017 and pass such other or orders. [CRL.MP.NO.15152/2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUGAZHENTHI Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MATHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Order dated 21.09.2017 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12035 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No.75 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of every month until the disposal of the appeal.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 4.
If the petitioner is not able to appear on any particular date, he may file a petition under Sec.317 of Criminal Procedure Code through his counsel for condoning his absence and shall appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur on another date, in lieu of the date of his absence.

With the above modification, the petition is ordered accordingly.
