ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter Priya, daughter of Saravanan, aged 21 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the detenu Priya, aged about 21 years, has been secured by the police and handed over to her parents. In view of the above submission, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
