CRIME NO.1051 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders in C.R.L.M.P.NO.1239/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17128/2020 dated 18.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MANOJ KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17128 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 201 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.1051 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 05.01.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prevailing Covid-19 Pandemic situation, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
