ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4611 of 2025 by order dated 28.02.2025 in para no.8 (b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4611 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 is relaxed.
