This petition is filed by the complainant seeking direction to the trial court to give full opportunity to produce witness and mark documents and argue the case in S.C.No.88 of 2013 on the file of the Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tirupur. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the trial in S.C.No.88 of 2013 ended in conviction and the judgment was delivered on 05.05.2014 wherein the accused was sentenced to undergo 5 years rigorous imprisonment.
