Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to grant an affiliation for running B.Sc Nursing course with annual intake of 100 students for the academic year 2018-19 for the college run by the petitioner Trust based on the applications dated 24.07.2018 as well as 09.08.2018 by taking into consideration of the permission granted by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.101 dated 06.04.2017 and the recognition granted by the second respondent by order dated 03.08.2018.
