PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.04.2020 and to investigate the case accordingly as per law.

O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.04.2020 and to investigate the case accordingly as per law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after lodgment of the complaint dated 08.04.2020, the petitioner herein never visited the 1st respondent police station and did https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not cooperate for enquiry. In this regard, the respondent police have issued summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner failed to appear before the respondents. 3.Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 1st respondent for enquiry and the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.04.2020, in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
