This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to register the complaint under CSR No.149/2021 and to take action against the accused.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed.

3. In such view of the matter, blanket order to give police protection cannot be granted and it is for the petitioner to proceed in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
