(CRIME NO.366/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.10046/2021 dated 30.09.2021 in Crl.OP.14635/2021 dated 18.08.2021 in Crime No.366/2021 on the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30am till filing charge sheet by this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10046 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14635 of 2021 on 30.09.2021 to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till filing charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
