ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to register the sale deed dated 14.01.2026 to be presented by the petitioner for registration, in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and on instructions, submits that once the sale deed is presented by the petitioner for registration, the fourth respondent shall take a decision as to whether the said sale can be registered or not.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to receive the sale deed to be presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the subject property, and take a final decision as to whether the said deed can be registered or not, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the sale deed by the petitioner for registration. In case, the four respondent decides to refuse to register the sale deed, the fourth
respondent shall issue a refusal check slip assigning reasons as to why the said sale deed cannot be registered. No Costs.
