This application has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent No.10, M.Shanmugasundaram and to bring on record the applicants who are the legal heirs of the deceased M.Shanmugasundaram as respondent Nos.34,35, 36 & 37 in the above Original Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the same are ordered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of two weeks.
