With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents to dispose of the application E-Challan No.20230925009407 filed by the petitioner dated 25.09.2023 to survey the land of the petitioner and measure his property and fix its boundaries.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject agricultural land has been settled in favour of the petitioner by his parents by way of registered settlement deed dated 30.06.20215 and the revenue records have also been mutated in the name of the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he had made an application to survey his land and also paid necessary fee. But the second and third respondents have not taken any action to survey his land. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there 2/4

shall be a direction to the second and third respondents to dispose of the application in E Challan No.20230925009407 dated 25.09.2023 to survey the land of the petitioner and measure the property and fix its boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
