ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to rectify the FMB sketch for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

According to the petitioner, there is an error in the FMB sketch for the subject property and the same has to be rectified. The petitioner had given a representation dated 12.01.2026 to the respondents 1 to 3 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated above, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections from all the

necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.

Since the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, is the competent authority to adjudicate the petitioner's representation, this Court, by exercising its suo motu powers, impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, as the 4th respondent in this writ petition. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, also undertakes to accept notice on behalf of the newly impleaded 4th respondent.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026. 6.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, seeking for correction of the FMB sketch more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation within the stipulated time, the newly impleaded 4th respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the

petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
