This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of two months and thereafter on every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m for another three months in Crl.O.P.No.3703 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.
