ORDER

The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner application dated 22.07.2016, consequently issue patta in favour of the petitioner in Survey No.236/8, Survey No.236/3 and Survey No.234/5, situated at Nolambur Village, Tindivanam Taluk within the period fixed by this court.

2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he made an application through online to the respondent on 22.07.2016 for grant of patta to the property at Suruvey Nos.236/8, 236/3 and 234/5 situated at Tindivanam Taluk, Nolambur village respondent on 22.07.2016. Since the respondent has not taken any steps, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition. 4.Heard both sides.

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter directs the respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the parties, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
