ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 120(B), 302, 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.48 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 13.03.2021.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
