O R D E R

The petitioner viz., M.Nagamuthu S/o Manickam appeared in person and submitted that he has not instructed Mr.S.Balasubramanian, Advocate to file the Writ Petition and that his signatures were obtained by some unidentified persons when he was in an intoxicated mood. Further, the petitioner has stated that he wants to withdraw the Writ Petition and that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and to that effect, the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the Writ Petition. The petitioner submitted that he can only read Tamil and that he cannot write in Tamil. Therefore, the endorsement in the Writ Petition has been made by the Court Officer, which was read by the petitioner and signed by him.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
