Common Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to accept the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.1,500/- drawn on State Bank of India, JIPMER, Puducherry Branch bearing No.730238, 730364, 730235, 730237 & 730236 respectively dated 17.04.2018 as application fee and to process the same along with the on-line application which was uploaded by the petitioner on 13.04.2018 in User Id: 203360, 203596, 203441, 203392 and 203415 respectively of the petitioner and to issue hall ticket to the petitioner to MBBS Entrance Examination 2018 to be held on 03.06.2018 as stated in the prospectus.

COMMON ORDER This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct to accept the application fee and to process the application and for issue hall ticket for MBBS Entrance Examination 2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has paid the fees and permitted to write examination.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
