ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.93 of 2022 and file the final report.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 1/4
though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.93 of 2022, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, final report is ready and it would be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate in due course of time.
4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
