This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the complaint preferred by the third and fourth respondents which is civil in nature.

2. It is the contention of the petitioners that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that as on date there is neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioners.

4. In such view of the matter, the question of harassment will not arise.
