This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders by order dated 06.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.
