The petitioner was imposed with a penalty of Censure by an order dated 29.05.2014 of the second respondent. As against the said order, he preferred appeal to the first respondent on 07.07.2014. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the said appeal.

2. In view of the narrow prayer made, without going into the merits of the appeal dated 07.07.2014, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 07.07.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
