Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner, after his release from prison, report before the trial court viz., Special Judge Exclusive Trial for POCSO Act Cases at Cuddalore daily at 10.30 a.m., on all hearing dates without fail until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3894/2021 dated 05/03/2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.K.ILAVARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.V.SARADHA DEVI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 05.03.2021. However, it was stipulated that the petitioner must appear daily at 10.30 AM. before the trial Court.

The petitioner has been complied with the said condition ever since. Therefore, the said condition stands relaxed totally. However, the petitioner has to be present on all the future hearing dates before the trial Court.
