This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.37 of 2016 and to file a final report.

2. Heard Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though First Information Report is registered, final report has not yet been filed.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks two months time to file final report.

5. Submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
