The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 15.11.2023 made in RCS.No.2 of 2023 on the file of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
