This Petition has been filed to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the Judgment and decree dated 23.11.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.382 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, [III Additional District Judge], Kallakurichi pending disposal of the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the appellant deposits 25% of the award amount with accrued interest and costs, to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.382 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, [III Additional District Judge], Kallakurichi, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order of interim stay granted by this Court today, shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
