O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the agreement has been arrived at between the parties in Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras to live together amicably. The petitioner and the respondent have signed in the Mediation Agreement and counter-signed by their respective counsels.

2. The terms of Mediation Agreement read as follows:

1. Both parties agreed to settle amicably and live together as a family.

2. The respondent agreed to rent a house in Chengalpattu.

3. The respondent agreed that the petitioner can visit her parent's house once in a month.

4. The respondent agreed that his family members will not interfered in their matrimonial life.

3. The above said terms of agreement are recorded. In view of the above Mediation Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of. The Mediation Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
