ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30am until further orders in order dated 05.02.2025 in Crl.op.no 1097 of 2025. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30am until further orders in order dated 05.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No 1097 of 2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16.04.2025 vca To:
