This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13967 of 2024 order, dated 14.06.2024, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on the first and third Sundays of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13967 of 2024, order dated 14.06.2024, is hereby relaxed. The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
