This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Special Court for the Cases against MP and MLA cases at Chennai to comply with the Copy Applications filed in C.A. No.6592 dated 06.03.2019 and C.A.No7902 dated 19.03.2019 in Spl. C.C.No.31of 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) perused the materials on record. 3.It is seen that the petitioner has filed copy applications in C.A.No.6592 and 7902 before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for cases against MP and MLA cases at Chennai, for grant of Certified copies of the complete charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sheet, viz., final report filed by the complainant/Police, which contains FIR, 161 statements, 164 statement of witnesses and other documents relied on by the prosecutions and the learned Special Judge returned the said application. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4.Heard both sides.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is directed to re-present the copy application after compliance of the correction pointed out by the Court below. On receipt of the same, the Court below is directed to consider the same and pass orders, on merits If the copy application is in order.

6. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
