ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai complete the same as expeditiously as possible within a time frame fixed by this Court in C.C.No.2514 of 2017 in Old C.C.No.9193 of 2010 in Old C.C.No.18876 of 2005 pending on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore Chennai.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expedite the hearing in C.C.No.2514 of 2017 in Old C.C.No.9193 of 2010 in Old C.C.No.18876 of 2005 and complete the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
