The petitioner has filed this petition to issue direction directing the 1 to 3rd respondents to protect the petitioner's family members against 3 to 8th respondents on the petitioner representation dated 25.11.2017.

When the matter was taken for hearing on 25.08.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
