Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order to modify the condition imposed as the petitioner to report daily before the Inspector of Police Kodaikanal, instead of to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 2 weeks in the above Crl OP No.20759/2021 dated 02.11.2021 and pass such other or other orders as this Honble Court may be deed fit in the Circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.SRIDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as "the petitioner to report daily before the Inspector of Police, Kodaikanal instead of report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 2 weeks in the above Crl.O.P.No.20759/2021 dated 02.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court even a single day and till date, the surety was also not executed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20759/2021 dated 02.11.2021, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
