This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.5 of 2019 dated 12.06.2019 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.5 of 2019, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.228 of 2024.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
