This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass, threaten or intimidate the petitioner and his family members in the colour of investigation or enquiry without resorting to any procedure established by law and thereby ensure their right to life and personal liberty as guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution of India.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents [Pondy].

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of one Narayanamoorthy, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
