O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore to pronounce judgment in C.C.No.1291 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, without further adjourning the case. 2.The petitioner filed a private complaint as against the respondents before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore for the offence under Section 499 r/w 500 IPC on 24.11.2012. The same was taken on file in C.C.No.1291 of 2012 and the trial was also commenced. According to the petitioner, examination of prosecution witnesses were over and the defence was also closed and the case was posted for arguments of the defence side. However, on that day due to absence of accused, the case was adjourned again and posted on 01.02.2019 for judgement. But till date, it has been adjourned frequently. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore is directed to complete the trial proceedings and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of.
