In view of the order dated 17.10.2019 passed in the connected Writ Petition in W.P.No.20457 of 2019, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.11495 and 11496 of 2019 are closed.
