ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section Section 25(1) (a) of Arms Act, in Crime No.619 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police is on regular check up they found that the petitioner along with other accused persons was in illegal possession of hand pistol. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner along with other accused persons was in illegal possession of hand pistol. He further submitted that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the petitioner is having ten previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
