(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 448, 294(b), 324, 385 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No. 136 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused came to defacto complainant's place, abused and attacked him with knife and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the co-accused's anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10112 of 2020. Asfar as this petitioner is concerned, he has one previous case for the offence under section 302 IPC in Crime No.635 of 2020. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
